2019 Social Science Fest/Matrix Open House
A Celebration of the Social Sciences at UC Berkeley
Matrix is located on the 8th floor of Barrows Hall, on the UC Berkeley campus, near Telegraph and Bancroft Avenues, just up the hill from Sather Gate. There are entrances at both ends of the building, but only one of the elevators on the eastern side goes directly to the 8th floor. You can alternatively take the stairs to the 7th floor and walk up the stairs.
Members of the UC Berkeley social science community—including faculty, staff, and students—are cordially invited to a combined Social Sciences Fest/Matrix Open House!
Social Science Fest celebrates the accomplishments of the Social Sciences Division and its faculty. Recipients of this year's divisional teaching and service awards will be honored at this event.
The Matrix Open House showcases what’s been happening at Social Science Matrix; come and meet members of this year's Matrix Research Teams, and learn about our what's new with our Affiliated Centers.
